Cooperativa Rios de Agua Viva was created in the early 00's to organize cocoa farmers in the region of Rancho Grande.  Through technical training, crop diversification and centralized processing, packaging and marketing of their products, the cooperative has successfully improved its members' income and their livelihoods.
